6 Essentials for Hosting a Group:
1 – Groups run in 10 week semesters. Fall 2022 (Oct-Dec) Winter (Jan-Mar) Spring (April-June)
2 – There are 2 types of Groups:
- Connect Groups (designed around activities – ie: sports, hangouts, hobby, gaming)
- Grow Groups (designed around a Bible or faith-themed teaching/discussion - book or series to be approved by City Life staff).
3 – Ensure you meet the Group Leader qualifications:
- Connect Group Leaders – have completed all 4 Next Steps Tracks;
- Grow Group Leaders – have completed all 4 Next Steps Tracks + additional leadership guidelines.
4 – Decide on the details: activity or topic, demographic, day & time to meet.
5 – Submit the Application form below; a member of our CTY.LC Groups Team will get in contact with you shortly to give you the green light!
6 – Once you get the green light, start inviting people! (Tip: personal invite is the best)
